1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Inland Empire Professional Gun Club website and participating in our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Range Rules and Safety

Safety is our absolute priority. All participants must strictly adhere to the 4 Universal Safety Rules and follow all instructions given by Range Safety Officers (RSOs) and instructors. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the premises who violates safety protocols, without a refund.

3. Membership and Fees

All fees, including Range Day costs ($45) and Membership fees, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Range Day fees must be paid in CASH ONLY on the day of the event.

4. Liability Waiver

Participation in firearms training and range activities involves inherent risks. All participants must sign a physical liability waiver before participating in any live-fire events. The Inland Empire Professional Gun Club is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow safety protocols.

5. SMS & Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS text messages, you agree to receive notifications, updates, and promotional messages from Inland Empire Professional Gun Club. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
